Will 03-09 Lincoln Town Car Wheels Fit On Older Lincoln Town Car 95-97?

I Wanted to get some Rims for my lincoln and i was thinking it would be nice to get the 17″ 08 Lincoln Town Car Wheels With Vogue Tires But I don’t Know If They Will Fit. Some One Told Me I Would Need adapters. Please Help Because I Want To Get Them By Spring Break

They do have the same bolt pattern, but the offset changed in ’03. Before ’03, they had low offset (deep-dish) wheels, and after ’03 they had high offset wheels. So if you decided to put the newer wheels on, you would want to look into some spacers, because otherwise the wheels would possibly sit too far in and would rub when turning.
