Tango Dance Class
Is this a good idea for a shy / quiet, to join a dance class, even if you have knee problems?
I disappeared for a month to a tango class. It was fun:) but I had a knee injury that puts in some arthritis and then does not hurt as much today (6 months) .. Still sometimes feel a sharp pain and I can not even run to run o. But I have no social life and I want to do something. Now, my knees can handle the walk, but do not know if I could Tango in a course be ..
Before taking a decision, talk to your doctor and see what their opinion is about it. It is best to leave it completely closed, instead of putting more stress and pressure on an already weak knee. If it were me, I mean when you feel comfortable jogging, then you can try dance. With regard to your social life, try something else you're interested in. Maybe an art class? Or any club? Participation in some of his other interests you can meet new people with similar passions. Soon, friends, and da-ta! Instant social life. 
Take care of yourself. If you do not have your health you have nothing.
