Stiletto Pump
What are some tips for using the needle without tire pump?
Due to my work environment, I have to keep using stiletto heels 4 "classic pump for many hours (mostly toes and toes PEEP). I had no soarness of my heels during the day, but the front feet are very soar. I tried to insert but does not really help. Advice?
Things to try: Put your feet in shoes as often as possible, even for a minute or two. When you're sitting a desk and your feet are hidden, the slide as long as possible. Wiggle your toes and flex your feet and the point for 15-30 seconds while the shoes are off. Take deep breaths while doing so. See if onion / wart pads on the toes to help. Try to wear shoes that do not have fingers, as noted.
