Stagette Party Ideas
I am planning a stagette party for my good friend, any ideas?
The party will probably be sometime in June, I want to give her a very memorable day and night out and i want it to be unique! We live in Edmonton, AB
Hey there!
A stagette should be personal to the Bride. Have you asked her what she would like to do? Although you can certainly make it a suprise if you’d like, it’s best to ask the Bride for some ideas on what she’d be interested in doing…. as well as get a list from her of who she’d like to see there.
Let me offer a hypothetical situation: Let’s say you decide on a night of drinking/partying/dancing with some exotic entertainment. Is this something the Bride will want, or even be comfortable with? And can you invite the mothers/sisters/female relatives to this?
This is kind of an extreme example …… but it’s best to do something that represents the Bride’s personality.
Here are some examples to get the ball rolling: Dinner and Dancing, Camping Trip, Theme Park/Carnival, Boat cruise, Casino Trip, Scavenger Hunt, Shopping Trip, Spa day, Potluck, Cooking Classes, Dancing Classes, Slumber Party, Bake Off, Afternoon Tea, Paintball, Laser tag, Road trip Destination Trip, Wine and Cheese party, Games Night, Water park, Day at the beach, Cocktail Party (everyone can make and bring a special cocktail – maybe even in the wedding colours!), etc.
The possibilities are endless!
