Pleaser
How do I stop wanting to be a people pleaser?
I can’t help it. I am way too observant. When I am with a group of friends, I am more concerned about their happiness than my own. I will stress out if not everyone is having a good time. I wish I didn’t care, it drives me crazy. Anyone else have similar issues?
sometimes…..but if they arnt having fun….its not your responsibility, they are grown ups as you know and are responsible for their own feelings and if they are unhappy, it is within thier power alone to change it.
