What is better at home pole dancing / exercise?
I want to try the training exercise fitness dance I keep hearing is so great but I want to know the performance of pole dance is the best of the three X-pole and does not require XPose without screws or holes in the roof, but Lil Minx. I also wondered if these are really solid or not, if they shake easily or are strong enough.
