Such as, every Monday through Friday, you need to travel to the base camp for one hour for a meeting. Take note that Newport Beach Boot Camp will be lasting for four weeks. If you’re only able to show up for this hourly meeting three times each week, then let the trainers know this ahead of time so that they can schedule this.

As you have scheduled your stay in the boot camp, there will be some things, besides yourself that you should take along with you. You will need small hand weights, running shoes, exercise mat and a water bottle.
