Intimate Vibrators
Would it be okay for me to buy my 15 year old daughter a vibrator?
I really can’t find an answer anywhere else. I really don’t know who to ask. one morning my daughter asked me if I could do her a really big favor. When I hear the words really big favor that usually involves money. She ho-hummed around the question then finally asked if I would please get her a vibrator. I wasn’t to sure I heard her right. You mean a vibrator vibrator? she said yes. I said a down there vibrator? she said yes.. Now I know that everyone masturbates but the notion of buying something for such an intimate purpose for someone so close to me might be seen as weird or creepy. I’m frightened at the notion of my daughter being sexually active but i would rather she have the vibrator then she be with a bunch of boys. I Don’t want to come off as prude and strict, that could cause more harm them good but I don’t want to be seen as permissive. What if one of her teachers or friends finds out where she got it. That kind of scandal would be hard to live down. Even for both of us.
Whell I would have NEVER had the guts to ask my mom something like that at 15 years old and to this day would never discuss the subject of vibrators with my parents not because of prude or strictness but out of respect and privacy I guess but since she did ask you maybe you would be best off just saying that you will not buy one for her and leave it at that I know after I got my first vibrator I became sexually active VERY shortly after your daughter may or may not be sexually active but she is only 15 years old and I personally think buying one for her will only encourage sex when you are that age and so unsure and curious the though of sex with an actual person makes you very nervous so getting her vibrator will only help ease that nervousness so that the first time actually having sex isn’t so awkward or unsure of what to expect kind of a way to get your self ready and prepared for the real thing I am def not a parent but I do use vibrators myself soo I am not against them but I would say No
