Can i lose 37-40 pounds in 2-3 months?!?!?!?!?
hi i’m training 3 and a half hour or 4 hours a week.
I am drinking 8-10 glasses of water (probably more)
I am driking before each meal.
I am eating each 3rd hour (just till i’m not hungry i do not eat till i’m stuffed)
I am training with a vibrator shpae (i just sit still with that one just for 30 mins each day)
And the thing that i train alot on is not that one i have to walk in some way. (super fast and it’s heavy to do 1 step xD)
So i am asking if i can lose 37-40 pounds in 2-3 month by doing this
I am not asking for help just a “yes u can lose that much”
Or “no u can’t” and if it’s a no say just HOW LONG it’ll take 2 lose that much pounds.
i am doing this each day and looking for a simple answer.
Don’t say like “eat soup” and stuff like that
I don’t want that answer!
You should shoot for about 2 lbs a week, so I’d say my answer to your question is no. You may experience more rapid weight loss once you get going with any exercise program, but immediate results almost never appear (unless you starve yourself!)
I did cardio for a while, but when I started using weights/Nautilus that’s when I dropped about 40 lbs over 6 months.
