Why physical training in the dark?
What is the point of spinning, aerobics, step classes is in the dark? The only light is the instructor.
Some classes are in the dark, but not all. Yarn is sometimes done in the dark, particularly if it is a tower with views computer that is easier to see the screens. Sometimes things get in the dark to make participants feel more comfortable, too, that felt not are viewed and judged by others. Many classes are actually regular light, however. For things like step, toning, etc, it is important to be able to see what the instructor is that you can continue properly.
