Day Tour
Photographers: Alcatraz – (St. Francis) – we must seize the day or night tour?
I recently purchased a new DSLR, I am very excited that its use during the trip this summer Califonia. One of our main duty is to visit Alcatraz. I know I have a day and night visits. For the sake of experience tourism and the type of great pictures that I can get with my new Canon SLR – Would you recommend the tour a day or a late night visit? Thanks!
I suggest ask your question again in the scenes of public electronic. In general the best time for outdoor photography is early morning and in the afternoon (an hour or two after sunrise or before sunset). Try to book your Alcatraz trip in that spirit. Personally, I've never been there, but I think you could get fresh photos of sunrise / set through the bars, etc. .. The long shadows to Get a polarizing filter your goal, make the colors more brighter and bluer sky. If I had to do tonight you want to have a tripod. Even with a digital SLR can not hold the camera steady enough to night shots blur-free.
