Dance Off The Inches Dvd
Has anybody ever tried Dancing off the Inches DVD’s for loshing weight?
Specifically the Turbo Jam one? I have recently got the DVD and I have been using it. Does this make you really lose inches and burn fat?
Any activity that makes you sweat for 30 minutes will make you burn fat.
It’s more fun if you enjoy it.
Keep at it, you will whittle away in no time! (after 6 weeks, anyway).
