Cone Vibrator
electrical vibrators for shake out tables?
I’m doing a shake out (Vibrator)for vibrating the molded sand around the castings.
it consists of a grid and a sheet metal cone to guide the sand and of course springs
I’ll put two vibrating motors in two opposite sides of the cone.
my questions are?
-should i connect the two vibrating motors with a tube making hole (with the tube diameter) in the plate (that I fix the motor with and which is welded to the cone)?
- the plate has a threaded holes , is it enough to fix the motor in the plate with bolts without nuts (motor weight is 119 kg and the bolts are M22), if that is not ok may i make hole in the sheet metal cone with fixing the nuts inside the cone?
-the motor will be inclined taking the angle of the cone , is it ok or I’ll have to make it horizontal?
