Vibrating Sieves – Exactly What Are They?
Vibrating sieves are a type of sieves used to separate particles of different sizes, they separate wet and dry material with more detail than normal sieves. There are several industries that could use this type of machines, we have the food industry, ingredients like chocolate, coffee are some examples of food products that could require some grading; Chemical industry, with chemical powder and fluids; Metal industry, iron, metal powder; environmental industries, it separates wastewater.
This type of sieves are being used in industries that work with a lot of materials of great amount of certain products that need to be separated into tiny particles, as an example we have the metal industry where metal powder is need to be separated to produce pure elements. It requires great exactitude and accuracy.
Depending on the industry, we can find different types of sieve models. For example, for the industry of metals, we can find big complex ones that can process great amounts of metal particles and can’t support heavy weights. These are used for mining products such as coal, smelting, etc. As an example of this product, we have ZSG models from a Chinese company; this is the sieve used for the food industry, smaller than the one before, but very useful at the moment to grade sugar, salt, rice, noodles, etc; we found the ultrasonic sieve used to size fine particles.
Depending on what industry you work in and what your needs are, you could find in the market a great variety of this machines, big, large, circular, with two or three horizontal screens.
Let us explain with more detail, the different uses for an electrical sieve. We have the common sieve, the one that divides the product you have into two parts, a big one and a more specific one, then little one, usually used in the food industry for grade dry ingredients and decontaminate them. They come in various shapes, from the little ones for small kitchens to the big line machines for an automated job for big fabrics and facilities.
We have the ones that divide the product into two to five different sizes. To do so, the machine has two to five different shaped meshes, when it vibrates, the first mesh divides the product, the reluctance falls to the next mesh, repeating the processes until the end. This type of sieves can be found in different sizes, depending on the industry and the size you will need.
For the products, we need to dewater, we use a rectangular screen or sieve, this one is very effective when we look to separate products from water, the advantage we have with this one is that the final product does not get damaged and with this process we obtain a perfect product free from water and dust.
As an example, we can used it to remove juice from recently chopped fruit. By using a vibrating sieve brings optimization and effectiveness to a business, no matter what king of product you’re dealing with, you will always have the chance to grade it perfectly.
