with a great diet that I'm about to lose 30 pounds in August, dance belly, I love dancing and I thought it would be fun to learn to do that, help you lose weight and thumb and back and abdominal pudge I have?
Ah Indeed, the first time I took a belly dancing course I was in great pain because I never used those muscles in my body. chiropracters say is great for your back and posture, there was a guy in my class and was a chiropractic and raved about it and it's great for the abdominals. I quite go that way if you want to lose weight.
