5 Inch Platform
I want to know. How does one who never wore high heels get used the them?
I have never worn high heels. Most of my life has been low heeled shoes or Sneakers (tennis shoes). I have a set of platform pumps with a 2 inch platform and a 5 inch heel. I love them but I have trouble wearing them for any length of time due to foot pain or calf muscle cramping. What’s a girl to do? Most of my foot pain is in the balls of my feet and toes. How do I deal with this. I don’t want to be forced to wear low heeled unattractive shoes for life. I love high heels always have I think I have only worn them twice in my life previously. However none of them were at this high of a height either.

Yeah it’s hard to get used to heels at first. I love heels and I wear them a lot now but it took a while to get used to them. If you wear them round the house for a short time, then for longer and longer time as you get used to them, that will help. Even wearing them when you’re mostly sat down helps your feet to get used to being in them.
