1. Hula hoop
A hula hoop economic $ 3 will be one of the best things you can get for ABS sexy. It is very simple, just have to turn around the waist for 10 minutes per day. It gives you that soft, sensual belly dancer type body that looks amazing in a bikini.
You do not have to do every 10 minutes in a row. What I do is this … I Two minutes to one hour during TV commercials. Simple!
2. Walking on an inclined plane
Walking on a flat surface shit if you want to lose weight quickly, but to walk on a slope of the great work. It's like night and day in terms of weight loss results go.
Just look for a treadmill at an inclination of 10-15 degrees and walk for 15-20 minutes a day, 4-6 days a week. Nothing more. If you do not have access to a treadmill, find a hill, you can walk up. These walks work to do good because they create an oxygen deficiency in their body mass.
This causes your body to get your energy and burn fat fast.
3. No belly rubs
Belly rubs hard work to destroy fat belly. What you do is lie down and rub hands for 15 seconds to produce heat and energy. Then rub a hand in small circles around your belly button for 30-45 seconds. To do this, for 3-5 minutes per day.
The warmth of your hand penetrates through the skin and attacks fat cells in the abdominal muscles. Either break or loosen and cleanse your body. Some fat cells are more stubborn than others, so do not expect to burn all quickly.
